  1. Stable, future-proof IT

We help our customers on Dynamics 365 reach a stable solution that supports what the business actually needs.

We always start from your business processes. We challenge them with a standard-first approach and recommend solutions that make you more efficient overall, with more automation and less manual work. That keeps One Version updates uneventful, so the system can move to the latest release without anyone holding their breath. And we do not stop at go-live. We always recommend an optimization phase after each rollout, to fine-tune the solution so it keeps fitting the business as it is today.

  2. We stay on after go-live

An ERP project does not succeed at go-live. It succeeds in the everyday work that follows.

Once you have run your processes in Dynamics 365 for a while, you know far better than you did during the project where the friction is. That is why we always recommend an optimization phase after each rollout, a 360° review of the agreed areas, looking at what is genuinely being used and what people are working around. The principle stands. A customization has to pay for its own upkeep, and we say so when it cannot.

  3. Control & compliance

We work to one principle. Control is designed in from the start.

Security roles, segregation of duties and audit trails are handled from the first workshop, not bolted on once the solution is finished. The result is an application that is compliant from the ground up, with documentation that gives your auditors a full picture of licenses, roles and change logs, along with visibility into who approves what in each workflow. And because the license type in Dynamics 365 follows what a role is allowed to do, we check roles against licenses as we go, so you are not paying for access nobody uses.

How we use AI

AI is a standing part of our toolbox, not a buzzword we hang on the proposal. Here is what it actually means on a project with you.

Workshops that do not get lost

When it is agreed with you, we transcribe the workshops and pull the decisions out afterwards. AI also keeps track of what was agreed as in and out of scope, and flags it when something drifts in that was not there to begin with.

Testing that reaches wider

Your own workflows are recorded as task recordings and run as automated tests in Playwright. AI comes up with test scenarios and spots gaps in design and code that manual testing rarely gets all the way around.

Code that gets read twice

We use agent-based development tools to write and review code. That makes development faster, and the review more systematic than a busy colleague manages on a Friday afternoon.

Documentation AI can answer from

Your deviations from standard are documented in a format AI can read. When your own people later ask an AI assistant about a process, it answers from your actual setup, not just the textbook.

The principle that does not change

AI makes improvements worth doing that used to be too expensive to build. But a customization still has to pay for its own upkeep, and we say so when it cannot. More AI does not mean more customizations.

Ground rules we agree with you

The ground rules, including which AI tools we use and where code and data are processed, are always agreed with you before we start. Customer data is not used to train general AI models. And you have a concrete example in front of you. The illustrations on this site were made with AI, following our own design guide.
