When you write to us
An enquiry through the form, by email or by phone is not a binding offer from either side. A cooperation only becomes an agreement once it is written down and accepted by both you and us. Prices, estimates and reservations mentioned in conversation are indicative until they appear in an agreement.
Do not send confidential information, passwords or personal data about others through the form. If we need that kind of material, we agree a secure channel first.
Sales and delivery terms
For agreements covering consultancy, development, support and subscriptions, LamaLeap's sales and delivery terms apply alongside the specific agreement. The terms are provided in connection with proposals and contracting and can be requested at info@lamaleap.com.
Liability
We aim to keep the site available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for losses arising from use of the site's content, nor for indirect losses such as business interruption, loss of data or lost profit. Liability in a specific customer relationship follows the agreement entered into.

Changes, governing law and disputes
We may change these terms. The version in force is always the one on this page. These terms are governed by Danish law. For customer relationships, the dispute resolution set out in LamaLeap's applicable sales and delivery terms and the specific agreement applies.
